आप EquiGuild का उपयोग कैसे करते हैं, इसके आधार पर जानकारी में खाता और लॉगिन विवरण, नाम और व्यावसायिक संपर्क विवरण, आपूर्तिकर्ता प्रोफ़ाइल जानकारी, ऑर्डर और लेन-देन रिकॉर्ड, पत्राचार, तकनीकी/सुरक्षा लॉग तथा कुकी या वरीयता जानकारी शामिल हो सकती है। सार्वजनिक आपूर्तिकर्ता प्रोफ़ाइल के लिए जानबूझकर प्रस्तुत की गई जानकारी का उद्देश्य उसे सार्वजनिक रूप से प्रदर्शित करना है।
जानकारी का उपयोग कैसे किया जाता है
जानकारी का उपयोग आपूर्तिकर्ता सदस्यताओं और लिस्टिंग संचालित करने, ऑर्डर संसाधित और प्रशासित करने, पूछताछ का उत्तर देने, निर्देशिका जानकारी का मॉडरेशन और सत्यापन करने, सुरक्षा बनाए रखने, दुरुपयोग रोकने, सेवा में सुधार करने, लेखांकन या कानूनी दायित्वों को पूरा करने तथा जहाँ ऐसा करने के लिए उपयुक्त आधार हो वहाँ विपणन संचार भेजने के लिए किया जाता है।
भुगतान और सेवा प्रदाता
भुगतान WooCommerce और चेकआउट पर चयनित भुगतान गेटवे के माध्यम से संसाधित किए जाते हैं। भुगतान प्रदाता अपनी गोपनीयता शर्तों के अंतर्गत भुगतान जानकारी संसाधित करते हैं। जहाँ भुगतान किसी बाहरी गेटवे द्वारा संभाला जाता है, वहाँ EquiGuild जानबूझकर पूर्ण कार्ड विवरण संग्रहीत नहीं करता है। होस्टिंग, ईमेल, एनालिटिक्स, सुरक्षा और अन्य सेवा प्रदाता अपनी सेवाएँ प्रदान करने के लिए आवश्यक होने पर सीमित जानकारी संसाधित कर सकते हैं।
कानूनी आधार और प्रतिधारण

International and regional privacy information
EquiGuild is operated from the United Kingdom but is intended to support an international equestrian trade community. We apply a high privacy baseline globally and may provide additional rights or safeguards where local law requires them.
EU / EEA
Where EU GDPR applies, individuals may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. EU/EEA data transfers to the United Kingdom and onward transfers are managed using applicable adequacy decisions and/or contractual safeguards as required.

India
Where applicable, EquiGuild provides clear notice of processing purposes, routes to exercise privacy rights or withdraw consent, a grievance/complaints route, data minimisation, security controls and deletion/retention processes subject to legal obligations.
Canada
Where Canadian privacy law applies, EquiGuild provides access/correction and complaint routes and maintains records relevant to commercial electronic-message consent or implied-consent evidence where used.
United States
EquiGuild honours marketing opt-outs and provides privacy-request routes. Additional state privacy rights are applied where the relevant law and thresholds apply to EquiGuild.
Australia and New Zealand
EquiGuild provides privacy and marketing opt-out routes and uses a conservative consent-based approach to electronic outreach where required.
Switzerland and Brazil
Where applicable, EquiGuild provides access/correction/deletion or related local privacy rights, transfer transparency and a direct privacy contact.
International transfers and service providers
EquiGuild uses service providers for hosting, payments, email, security/backups, analytics and selected automation/translation features. We maintain an internal processor and international-transfer register and use applicable adequacy decisions, contractual clauses, the UK Addendum/IDTA or other lawful safeguards where required.
